With the topping-out ceremony at Arminenstraße 4A–8 – just 200 metres from the lower Alte Donau – premium property developer Glorit is celebrating an important milestone in the realisation of another exclusive residential development in Vienna’s 22nd district.

Glorit is celebrating the topping-out ceremony for an exclusive new-build project in Strebersdorf, surrounded by wonderful recreational areas, vineyards and charming traditional wine taverns. Final completion is scheduled from autumn 2026.

Working side-by-side with the association DIVEBLUE, we were once again able to make a powerful statement for environmental protection at the end of April. Near the Kagraner Brücke and Kagranersteg, a dedicated team of divers and shore-side volunteers successfully cleared 796 kilograms of waste from the Alte Donau.
