More than 400 real estate providers across Austria were evaluated, with the premium developer securing the top position yet again. With this distinction, Glorit not only reinforces its leading position but also continues to write Austrian real estate history.
Golden seal of quality from Bauherrenhilfe
Glorit was the first property developer in Austria to receive the Golden Quality Seal from Bauherrenhilfe, the Association for Quality in Construction, back in 2019. The renowned HERMES Wirtschafts.Preis is the annual coronation for entrepreneurial excellence. In “Austria’s Leading Companies”, the consulting firm PwC, together with the daily newspaper Die Presse and the credit protection association KSV1870, is on the lookout for the most successful companies in the country. There are three things that are of paramount importance: Balance sheet figures, turnover, and earnings growth. Thanks to its excellent business performance in recent years, Glorit secured first place in the category of Lower Austrian large enterprises in 2022.

According to a representative survey by the market research company Market Institut, Glorit is the most innovative prefabricated house manufacturer in Austria. In addition to technical innovations, this innovative strength is also based on regional business practices, a focus on sustainability and a unique “one-stop shop” principle. 1,000 people were surveyed, with 38 companies to choose from.
