March 14 marked the start of the final construction phase for our residential project on the upper Alte Donau at Cherubinistraße 22. At Lobaugasse 25 in 1220 Vienna, 18 exclusive owner-occupied apartments are being built on private land in collaboration with the general contractor Kagerbau. The project is divided into two parts and is located at the gates of the Donau-Auen Lobau National Park. Mühlwasser and Danube Island are also within easy reach. Completion is planned for the end of 2023.

Glorit is celebrating the start of construction on another project around the Alte Donau nature and leisure paradise. At Obstgartenweg 15-17 in 1220 Vienna, the premium property developer is working with general contractor Swietelsky to build twelve high-quality condominiums by early 2024.
