A celebration seldom comes alone: Following the groundbreaking ceremony in November 2022, the shell of our prestigious project at Lobaugasse 25 is now complete. The roof was completed at the end of August, and by the end of the year, 18 highly exclusive condominiums will be finished on our own land in an attractive green location.

With the addresses Fischerstrand 22 and Fischerstrand 24-26 in the 22nd district, we have secured the best location for two new lighthouse projects on the waterfront. A total of 15 top-class apartments will be built here by the end of 2024. This will bring our exclusive "waterfront living" portfolio to 25 projects.

Head of House Construction Markus Stampfer (44) and Head of Finance Maximilian Henn (33) have been granted power of attorney and will drive the further development of the company. We wholeheartedly congratulate our colleagues and wish them every success in their new roles!

On June 15, we kicked off the final construction phase of one of our most spectacular projects in recent years: a total of 14 high-quality condominiums will be built in four sections at the upper Alte Donau 177A-179, almost in the first row, right on the waterfront. The planned completion date is October 2023, and a 2-room apartment is still available for those who decide quickly.

We are proud and delighted to introduce Maximilian Henn, who has been in charge of our finance and HR department since April. His focus is on the further optimization and digitalization of existing processes. In addition, the 33-year-old heads up the internal ESG working group and continues to drive forward the topic of sustainability in this role.

Born in Upper Austria, Markus Wimmer (43) has been Head of the Residential Project Development department since December 2022. In this position, Wimmer is responsible for the specialist architectural planning of our exclusive residential construction projects. His tasks range from feasibility analyses and design, submission and implementation planning to coordination and coordination measures with a large number of specialist departments and authorities.

Since 2018, Vienna's premium builder Glorit has emerged as the undisputed market leader in the prefabricated house sector in the annual studies conducted by market research and consulting firm Interconnection Consulting. A record was set last year: every second prefabricated house in the Vienna area was built by Glorit.
